Our Produce

Rolling Hills Farm is a small-scale organic vegetable farm located in Ringoes, New Jersey. Founded in 2014 by Stephanie Spock and John Squicciarino, the farm is dedicated to producing high-quality, seasonal produce year-round. 

Stephanie, with a background in Environmental Science and Geology, gained diverse farming experience across the U.S., including Alaska and Montana, before co-founding Rolling Hills Farm. John, a New Jersey native, discovered his passion for agriculture while working on farms in Italy and further honed his skills on local farms upon returning to the US.  

The farm emphasizes regenerative and sustainable practices, using natural methods like row covers and organic compost to nurture the soil and protect crops. Through their commitment to sustainable farming and community engagement, Rolling Hills Farm aims to make fresh, nutritious food accessible and to promote a more sustainable food system.

Martenette Farms is a small scale, certified organic farm with a focus on building macro and micro bio diversity on their farm. From cover cropping our fields to increase soil health to replanting wooded areas with native herbs, shrubs and trees, they strive to bring more microbes, natural predator insects, butterflies, moths, birds and other wild life to the farm. The farm’s main tool is (wo)man power but they also use a walk behind tractor with a rotary plow, tiller and flail mower to create and maintain fields. The farm is owned and operated by Andrea and Tony Kennette, a mile east of Lima Family Farms.
